LGG Inc. is focused on senior technical and governance review and consulting for mining, tailings facilities, and water dams. Geoenvironmental practice refers to the integrated and multidisciplinary application of soil/rock mechanics, hydrology, and environmental sciences to manage mining rock and tailings safely and sustainably, focusing on the stability of engineered structures and protecting the surrounding communities and environments.  While a strong basis in technical understanding is necessary, it’s also important to have a deep understanding in the application of governance, management, and assurance systems necessary to achieve leading practice.

One of LGG’s goals is to provide a corporate “umbrella” for other Subject Matter Experts who may be retired or approaching retirement but still wish to contribute their expertise to interesting projects.
